All new products are covered by limited one year warranty. If the product gets faulty during the warranty period, please contact us for assistance. All warranty periods are valid from the date of the original purchase. Items damaged by the buyer are not covered by our warranty.
Should you find your product is defective or would like to exchange it for a different item, rest assured, we are here to help; follow the instruction below to set up your exchange. Replacement is sent once client returns faulty item back. If the product you have purchased is not working or has an issue then get in touch with us and we’ll be sure to help out as much as we possibly can.
All orders will be shipped within 2 days, in most cases we ship the same day as the purchase. If an item is out of stock the site will state OUT OF STOCK. If however, on the rare occasion, the item is out of stock and the order is placed a representative will call the customer and inform them of the delay. The order can then be cancelled for a full refund or placed on hold.
ALL international shipments will have a tracking number. All customs paperwork will be filled out before shipping. We will assist any customer in clearing packages from customs to the best of our abilities.
Wrong Address Charges
In the event any customer provides an incorrect address there will be a charge issued to that customer for the wrong address in the amount of the FedEx/DPD charge. We will try and accommodate the customer and in some circumstances waive the charge depending on shipping costs. The charge may be waived as well.
